What canvas sizes do your products fit?
Size options are listed on each individual product page. If you are unsure which size to order, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
What is a self-finishing needlepoint accessory?
Our products are the hardware and materials you need to finish your own needlepoint canvas at home, without sending it to a professional framer.
What products do you sell?
We currently sell self-finishing accessories: ornaments, keychains and luggage tags. Each one comes with all the materials you need to complete the finish yourself.
Do I need any special skills or tools to use your products?
No. Our products are designed to be beginner friendly. You will need a blunt dinner knife, and scissors for trimming.
Is the canvas included?
No. Our products are finishing accessories only. The stitched canvas is yours. We include guidance on how to prepare your canvas before you begin finishing.
Orders and shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we are working toward. If you are outside the US and interested in ordering, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will work with you to make it right, whether that is a replacement, exchange or refund.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please email us with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement straight away, no questions asked.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes. We supply local needlework shops and craft retailers. If you are interested in stocking G & A Canvas Co. products, please contact us, nd we will send you our wholesale catalogue and pricing.
